The position:
Reporting to the Director of Development, you will join a team of 10 developers.
This department is responsible for the development and corrective maintenance of our products.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the development work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to established development methods.
You will work within an agile organization, which allows you to work efficiently within a structured framework.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features for our products in accordance with the technical and functional specifications provided.
- Analyze and correct the anomalies.
- Work with the development teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of deliverables.
- Conduct tests to ensure that the deliverables are functioning properly.
- Take the initiative to propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance of our existing products

Your qualifications and skills
With at least two years of post-secondary education, you have 7 years of experience in web development, ideally in PHP/Laravel environments and modern front-end frameworks.
